Enjoy naturally cooled water with this handcrafted unglazed terracotta urn dispenser. Features a carved decorative band and premium spigot.
Elevate your daily hydration with our Handcrafted Artisan Terracotta Urn Water Dispenser. Beautifully formed by skilled artisans, this striking functional centerpiece brings the timeless wisdom of earthen water storage into the modern home. This specific design features a classic, rounded urn silhouette, beautifully accented with a hand-carved, rope-like decorative band around its shoulder. It comes complete with a matching domed lid and a premium metal spigot for effortless pouring.
Because the clay is entirely unglazed and naturally porous, it breathes. This allows for microscopic evaporation on the surface of the vessel, which naturally chills the water inside without the need for electricity. Beyond cooling, storing water in natural terracotta is known to impart a subtle, refreshing earthen sweetness while naturally neutralizing acidity.
Whether placed on a kitchen countertop, a dining sideboard, or an outdoor patio, this beautiful dispenser offers a sustainable and healthy way to stay hydrated.

Classic Urn Silhouette: Features a beautiful, rounded amphora-style body with a hand-carved decorative band for added artisanal character.
Natural Evaporative Cooling: The unglazed, porous clay naturally chills your water, providing a refreshing drink without refrigeration.
Premium Spigot: Fitted with a high-quality, easy-pour metal spigot for drip-free dispensing and modern convenience.
100% Handcrafted: Meticulously shaped and finished by hand from local, mineral-rich clay.
Eco-Friendly & Sustainable: A beautiful, earth-conscious alternative to plastic water jugs and electric water coolers.
Natural Alkalinity: Earthenware is known to help balance the pH levels of water, enhancing its taste and health benefits.
Initial Seasoning (Crucial Step): Before first use, the dispenser must be filled to the brim with clean water and left to sit for 24 hours to cure the clay and prepare it for holding liquids.
Normal "Sweating": Because it cools via evaporation, the outside of the pot will feel damp or "sweat." This is completely normal and means the cooling process is working. Ensure it is placed on a surface (like a stone slab or mat) that can handle slight moisture.
Cleaning: Empty and clean the dispenser weekly. Scrub the inside gently with warm water and a soft brush to prevent mineral buildup. Do not use soap or detergent, as the porous clay will absorb it and ruin the taste of your water.
Sun Drying: Periodically leave the empty, disassembled dispenser in direct sunlight for a few hours to naturally purify and completely dry the clay.
